Once you're in the app, click on the tile that says "Assets".

Hold your finger on the bar all the way at the bottom that shows how many assets you can view, and drag it up.

Find the asset you want to see and click on the Green camera button (a Green camera means the vehicle is currently available for live streaming).

Drag the bar up to expand the window over the map, and tap the Camera tab to view live video.

The live stream will buffer for a second or two and then it will automatically start to play.
