ZenduOne Mobile App - How to Log In

The easiest way to log into the app is with your phone number.  Make sure a mobile phone number where you can receive texts is entered into your user profile on the TrackCam portal.

(If you do not have Admin rights to your TrackCam portal, please contact your company's Administrator to do this for you.)

From your TrackCam desktop portal, click on Admin > Users > click on the name of the user.



Click on the Edit button on the top right of the window.


Add the user's phone number and click Save.



Now you can log into your mobile app using a phone number.

First you will need to download the app on your mobile device.


(Screenshots below are from an Android mobile device. iPhone users may see something different.)

Once downloaded onto your mobile device, open the ZenduOne app.


Before you type anything in, click the link at the bottom that says "Login With Mobile Phone".


Now enter your phone number and click the Submit button.



You will receive a text with a verification code. Enter the code into the app and click the Continue button.


You should now be successfully logged into your app where you can view the tiles on your Dashboard (not all tiles may be accessible for every customer).
