TrackCam – How to Reset Your Password

Navigate to https://trackcam.zendu.one/login in your browser.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the “Forgot Password?” link beneath the username and password fields.

Type in your email address and click Submit.

You will receive an email from noreply@zendu.one with a link. Click the link.

Your email/username will already be filled in for you, but you will need to type in your new password and confirm it in the boxes below.  Please note the password requirements when creating your new password.

If you have an error when you try to save, your password may not match exactly in both of the fields, or you may not have met the requirements. Try typing out your password in a Word document first so you can ensure it meets the requirements above, and then copy and paste into both of the fields to make sure the passwords match.

When successful, you will get a confirmation screen and a link to take you back to the log-in page where you can now follow the instructions on "How to Log In".
