TrackCam – How to Log In

Navigate to https://trackcam.zendu.one/login in your browser.

Type in your username and password that was provided to you in your invitation email and click Sign In.

(If you cannot log-in, follow the steps on How to Reset Your Password.)

Once logged in, you can always change your password by clicking on your initial in the circle on the top right hand corner of the screen, and clicking the View Profile button on the drop down menu.

Click on the “Change Password” button.

You will need to type in your old password first, and then choose a new password and repeat it in the boxes below. The requirements for a new password should:

1. Have at least 8 Characters
   
2. Have 1 Number
   
3. Have 1 Symbol
   
4. Have 1 Uppercase Letter
   
5. Have 1 Lowercase Letter
   
6. Not include part of your full name, email, or your username.
   

Click the “Change Password” button to finish.

If you have an error when you try to save, you may have mis-typed your old password, or your new password may not match exactly in both of the fields, or you may not have met the requirements. Try typing out your password in a Word document first so you can ensure it meets the requirements above, and then copy and paste into both of the fields to make sure the passwords match.
