When you have devices installed by TrackCam Professional Installation Services, your devices may be named for the last few digits of the vehicle's VIN or the license plate number. You can easily change this to a more friendly, identifiable name.

1. On the Maps page, find your asset on the list and hover over it to see the three dots appear in the top right corner. Click it to bring up the menu, then click "Edit Device".

2. Change the name here to whatever you like and click Save. You can also assign your device to a different Group for organizational purposes, or include other identifying information about your asset, like VIN, License Plate, Year/Make/Model, and current odometer.
