How to set up TrackCam as an Admin user in an existing Geotab database

For a customer who already has an existing Geotab portal and would like to integrate our TrackCam software, we will need access to their Geotab portal.

The customer will need to perform the following steps:

In Geotab, navigate to People > Uses & Drivers and click the blue plus sign in the top right corner to add a new User.

Fill in the following fields:

Username: Trackcam_1trade

First name: TrackCam

Last name: Admin

Groups: Everything

Force Password change on next login: NO

Password/confirm password: Welcome2Trackcam!

Security clearance: Administrator
